Terms of Use

By accessing or using DZD SOOQ (including our website, mobile experiences, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Safety guidance.

If you do not agree, you must not use DZD SOOQ. If you use DZD SOOQ on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

In these Terms:

• “DZD SOOQ”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the operators of the DZD SOOQ marketplace platform.
• “User”, “you”, and “your” mean any person or entity that accesses or uses DZD SOOQ.
• “Listing” means any advertisement, offer, or content a User publishes on DZD SOOQ to sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise offer goods or services.
• “Buyer” and “Seller” refer to Users in their roles when communicating about or completing a transaction related to a Listing.
• “Content” means text, photos, videos, messages, reviews, profile information, and any other material submitted to or displayed on DZD SOOQ.
• “Services” means the DZD SOOQ platform features, including browsing, messaging, accounts, reviews, promotions, and related tools.

You agree not to engage in any of the following, or to help others do so:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or attempts to obtain money, goods, or personal data by deception.
• Offering counterfeit, pirated, or falsely branded products.
• Listing illegal items or services under Algerian law, including but not limited to prohibited weapons, narcotics, and other unlawful goods.
• Offering stolen goods or property obtained through crime.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messages, or abusive automation.
• Duplicate or substantially identical Listings posted to manipulate visibility.
• Creating fake accounts, fake reviews, or false reputation signals.
• Offensive, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or violently graphic Content.
• Circumventing security, scraping at scale without permission, or interfering with platform integrity.
• Using DZD SOOQ to launder money, evade taxes unlawfully, or facilitate other illegal schemes.

DZD SOOQ is a marketplace platform. We provide tools for Users to discover Listings and communicate. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific paid feature, DZD SOOQ is not the seller or buyer of goods or services offered in User Listings.

Transactions are solely between Users. Price, payment method, meetup, delivery, inspection, and handover are agreed between Buyer and Seller. You should follow sensible safety practices, including those described on our Safety Tips page.

DZD SOOQ is not responsible for the outcome of User transactions, including non-payment, non-delivery, defective items, misrepresentation by another User, or disputes between Users. We may, at our discretion, provide reporting tools or limited assistance, but we are not obligated to mediate or resolve every dispute.

Messaging is provided to help Users discuss Listings. You must communicate respectfully and lawfully. Do not send threats, harassment, spam, malware links, or requests for passwords, OTP codes, or remote access to accounts.

We encourage Users to keep marketplace conversations inside DZD SOOQ so that reports and moderation can be connected to the relevant Listing. Moving a conversation off-platform does not remove your obligations under these Terms for conduct that began on DZD SOOQ.

We may scan or review messages where permitted by law and our Privacy Policy to detect abuse, spam, or safety risks, and to operate and improve the Services.

DZD SOOQ may allow eligible Users to leave reviews and ratings after meaningful interactions related to a Listing. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on your genuine experience. Fake, paid, coerced, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.

We may set eligibility rules (for example, interaction-gated reviews), edit windows, and moderation processes. We may remove or limit reviews that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive, irrelevant, or manipulated.

A review reflects the opinion of the reviewer, not an endorsement by DZD SOOQ.

DZD SOOQ, including its name, logos, design system, software, and original platform content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our brand or platform materials except as expressly allowed by us in writing.

You retain rights in Content you submit, but you grant DZD SOOQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

If you believe Content on DZD SOOQ infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient detail so we can review your notice.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy available at https://dzdsooq.com/privacy/. By using DZD SOOQ, you acknowledge that policy. You must not misuse other Users’ personal information obtained through the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Algerian law, DZD SOOQ provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that Listings or User Content will be accurate, complete, or safe.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DZD SOOQ and its operators, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services or from transactions between Users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or other liability that mandatory Algerian rules do not allow us to exclude.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to DZD SOOQ, remove Content, or limit features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other Users, failed verification, or if required by law or to protect the platform.

You may stop using DZD SOOQ at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted through Contact Us and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and operational needs (for example, retaining records required for security, dispute, or legal reasons).

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and provisions relating to User Content already published) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and may provide additional notice through the Services or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of DZD SOOQ after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Courts of competent jurisdiction in Algeria shall have authority over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DZD SOOQ, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under Algerian law.
